Sakaja noted that all leaders with intentions to vie for any electoral positions under the Jubilee party are expected to follow the party’s laid down rules and regulations.

“Peter Kenneth has declared his intention to run on a Jubilee Party ticket and has even terminated his KNC membership. We want everyone to know that the party has structures and you need to follow them to the dot. We want people who have been supporting President Kenyatta all along,” said Sakaja as quoted by MediaMax.

Speaking to Jubilee aspirants eyeing various seats in the county assembly of Nairobi, he said that not all candidates who have shown interest to run for different posts are serious thus the party will require them to pay a registration fee.

“Many people have declared their intentions to vie on a JP ticket but not everyone is serious about it hence there will be a registration fee to separate serious aspirants from jokers," he added.

The flamboyant leader also called upon the aspirants to respect the political ideologies of others as they look forward to winning different seats in the next general polls.

“Respect the views of other aspirants, we want a dignified process and the winning candidate will be supported by the rest of us. Let us show that this is a party with ideologies, not a tribal entity” he added.
