NASA legislators have been accused of short changing their electorates by skipping House sessions.
Bahati MP Ngunjiri Kimani said the Opposition MPs are enjoying Parliamentary benefits yet they are boycotting House proceedings.
"The NASA legislators should stop short changing Kenyans by boycotting House sittings. They were elected to represent their constituents and not serve their coalition leader," said Kimani.
Kimani noted that the MPs risks losing their seats in 2022.
"The electorates are so keen. NASA MPs may lose their seats come 2022 for skipping House proceedings,"he added.
He accused NASA leader Raila Odinga for not allowing the MPs to attend the sessions to carry out their legislative duties.
"It is not Raila who voted for the MPs, he should advise and allow them attend Parliament sessions as required by the law,"said Ngunjiri.
MPs affiliated to NASA vowed to stay away from House proceedings until the repeat of presidential polls is conducted to determine the next president.
The MPs skipped president Uhuru Kenyatta's opening of the 12th Parliament on grounds that he was not entitled to open the House.
