The famous 'omogusii unity' organisation, which seeks to grab the Kisii County gubernatorial seat come next year has been despised by various groups and individuals who say it will not make it with Jubilee.
Alex Atisi, a political analyst says that the group, led by the Kisii County senator Chris Obure is making a wrong turn to join Jubilee as the party to use during the forthcoming elections for the Kisii gubernatorial seat.
The leaders visited state house recently, which has brought a misunderstanding in the Kisii community as they maintain that the region completely belongs to the opposition coalition Cord, hence there is no need to shift to other movements.
Further, Atisi argues that the 'omogusii unity' comprises of individuals from both the opposition cord and the Jubilee coalition, hence they might end up having a disagreement on which party should be given the first place in the 'omogusii unity'.
That might make it impossible for the 'omogusii unity' under the leadership of senator Obure to get to the gubernatorial seat in 2017 according to Atisi, who says that the leaders would use any other party to the gubernatorial race other than that the Jubilee coalition.
