The war of words between Deputy President William Ruto and Baringo Senator Gideon Moi is far from over, after Moi told him off over his call on KANU to join Jubilee Party.
Moi said that he won't allow himself to be dictated by the Deputy President, adding that what he wants is to ensure that the lives of the Rift valley people are transformed.
"I will not allow William Ruto to dictate to me or force my people into one sack like potatoes, in as much as we are in the same boat to transform the lives of our people in Rift Valley and Kenya at large, we will not do it under duress from deputy president,” he said on his face book page.
The younger Moi, who is also KANU chairman called on Ruto to avoid sideshows and address the challenges currently facing the nation.
"Let’s help address the plight of our people and shelve the political confrontations until when it’s time is due. Kenya is bigger than any individual. KANU will not join Jubilee Party,” he said.
Over the weekend, Ruto had called on KANU to join Jubilee Party or else they lose their seats in the 2017 General Election.
