The Senator who was speaking during an interview on KTN's Morning Express show on Thursday advised Mwaura to practice issue-based politics instead of using abusive language to build his political career.

"Isaac Mwaura disappoints me so much, I don't know if by insulting Raila and Cord will translate into votes in Ruiru, that is myopic thinking," he said.

"Let me advise my brother Isaac Mwaura for free that being a political leader isn't the end of life, so don't think by insulting people you win arguments," he said he explained.

"When Isaac Mwaura says, 'we the government,' I get surprised because he is not the government," he added.

Mutula also said Jubilee should stop using their tyranny of numbers in the National Assembly to force oppressive laws on Kenya and called for dialogue between the government and the opposition to solve the election law stalemate.

"The dictatorship we are seeing now fro Jubilee is what has seen presidents in so many other countries sent home," he said.

"What Kenyans want to see is that on August 9, 2017, irrespective of who wins the elections, is peace and this can only be achieved through free and fair elections," he added.
