Former Funyula MP Paul Otuoma has promised to deliver votes to the Jubilee Party as the race to capture Western Kenya votes intensifies.
Speaking at Mumias when President Uhuru Kenyatta held a rally on Saturday, Otuoma vowed to be on the ground campaigning for Jubilee and that Raila should tour the region prepared for a bruising political shock.
“I have heard that Raila will be in Busia tomorrow (today). He will get me on the ground campaigning for Jubilee. Let him come prepared,” Otuoma said.
The former MP recently ditched NASA for Jubilee after unsuccessfully contesting the Busia governor seat.
His words were echoed by former Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwamba who took issue with Raila for branding President Kenyatta as “computer-generated” leaders.
“We will not align ourselves with people who view us as heroes when we give them our support and later look at us as devils when we go separate ways,” Namwamba said.
