Speaking in an exclusive interview on national television, Kuria told Kalonzo the fact that Raila has failed to honour the MoU they signed in 2013, means he is not a trustworthy person.

"Kalonzo is not the first person to be tricked by Raila. Remember the DP, Mudavadi, Balala, Ngilu, Namwamba and many others. The MoU he signed with Raila has remained to be paper work. I ask him to join Jubilee and work with the government," Kuria said.

Kuria cited the example of people who helped Jubilee win the last general election and were appointed in state corporations and other ministries.

"It will be very unfortunate if Kalonzo will decline this offer and remain in political cold. ODM will go to the ballot alone with Rao and Joho as his running mate.

In 2022, Joho will be endorsed as the presidential candidate and Kalonzo will be forever forgotten," Kuria added.

On Sunday, Kalonzo asked Raila to sacrifice his ambitions as he (Kalonzo) has always done in the time of Kibaki and in 2013. In response to this, Kuria told Kalonzo that he will always be asked to sacrifice for others and when his time comes he get tricked.

"Kalonzo said that he has sacrificed more than enough in the past. He risks sacrificing every election period not unless he joins Jubilee. He will not lack a place in Jubilee," Kuria continued.

Political analysts have warned that Cord is almost splitting as every individual party is conducting lone political rallies where ODM seems to take the biggest share asking Kenyans to vote in six piece.

Wiper Chairman David Musila has challenged the constituent parties to decide on the presidential candidate before Christmas 2016 to stop confusing Kenyans.
