Duale says that Raila will not win the August 8 polls, saying that the former Prime Minister is too old to run the country’s affairs.

The National Assembly leader of Majority claims that Raila will lose the August 8 polls for the fourth time whether he like it or not.

“The fact remains that Raila will lose the August 8 general election because he has nothing to offer Kenyans,” he said as quoted by the Daily Nation.

Duale asked Raila to spare his energy and retire gracefully from active politics.

The Garissa Town MP said that NASA has leaders who do not have the qualities to run the country’s affairs.

He accused NASA of riding on propaganda instead on engaging their supporters on issues.

“NASA has already lost the August 8 polls because Kenyans cannot endorse leaders who base their politics on propaganda and lies,” he said.

Duale, a critic of the opposition said that Jubilee’s re-election will be okayed by millions of Kenyans on August 8.

The National Assembly majority leader urged Kenyans to trust Jubilee with a second term, saying that the president Uhuru Kenyatta administration will deliver on its development pledges.

NASA is battling to unseat Jubilee in the August 8 polls.

On Sunday, while presenting his nomination papers to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Raila promised to fight for the rights of all Kenyans without discrimination.

The NASA flag bearer also pledged to reduce the high cost of living, address insecurity, create jobs and boost the country’s economy if elected.

Jubilee on the other hand has dismissed NASA, saying that the opposition outfit has no agenda for Kenyans.

On Monday, while presenting their nomination papers to IEBC, President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto exuded confidence of being re-elected, saying that they have delivered on the pledges they made to Kenyans in 2013.

Political analysts observe that the August 8 polls will be a two horse between Jubilee and NASA.
