Addressing them at Kisii cultural hall during the meeting with Kisii administrators, Interior Principal secretary Karanja Kibicho assured them that they are guaranteed to be in their offices.

“Ministry of Interior and coordination of national government recognises you as the key security in this nation hence you should not have any panic that you are going to lose your Jobs,” Kibicho said.

In addition, the PS said that due to the panic of some chiefs that they are going to lose their jobs there has been an increase in bribe in most offices that they administer.

“The panic of the chiefs about losing their Job due to the restructure of the administration has increased bribes, but I would like to let them know that they are not going anywhere since they have been structured in the national government's plans," added Kibicho.

The PS also urged chiefs and their assistant to avoid politicians who are propagating the matters about them losing their Jobs and mind their business.

“We are aware for those who are propagating matters about the structure of the administration, let them Know that the administration has been structured hence chiefs are not going anywhere,” said Kibicho.
