Two ODM MPs have claimed that the government is printing extra money to bribe voters during the next general election.
Speaking in Narok while addressing youths on Friday night, Tom Kajwang and John Mbadi said that the government had already brought the raw materials into the country to start the project.
“Already the paper money is in circulation and it is being dished out to MPs, including those going to State House to pledge support to the president in the next General Elections,” Mr Kajwang alleged.
They added that the government had set aside Sh100m for each constituency whose MP accepts to support the government.
“We know this because already some of our colleagues whom we know very well have received down payments,” Mr Mbadi said.
They called upon the auditor general to audit the deal that they alleged to be involving Central Bank of Kenya.
