Matungulu North MCA aspirant Fridah Wendo has urged youths to embrace peace and shun politicians who bribe them to cause mayhem during campaigns.
Ms Wendo who is vying for Matungulu North MCA seat on a Jubilee ticket addressed residents of Matungulu North where she alleged that on several occasions she has had to face rowdy youths opposed to the party she is vying on.
“It is very unfair for anyone to cause mayhem whenever politicians meet the people during campaigns,” said Ms Wendo.
She also asked other aspirants not to incite youths to violence as she unveiled the great plans she has for the youth of this area and promised to help them access jobs and alleviate poverty in the area.
She was also accompanied by Machakos Gubernatorial seat aspirant Lemi Muia.
