Former Bomet governor Isaac Rutto has lost his political legacy he took many years to build.
This is according to Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) Secretary General Wilson Sossion after Ruto ditched NASA where he was a principal to join Jubilee Party.
Sossion said it was upsetting for the former county boss to form Chama cha Mashinani (CCM) only to abandon the ship before the joourney was over.
"The moment he (Rutto) jumped ship and decided to back Jubilee, he lost his political legacy," Sossion said as reported by the Star.
"Elders blessed him and even bestowed him with a title as the Kipsigis spokesman but now he has betrayed them...too bad for him," he added.
"What was the point of forming CCM if he knew he will abandon the cause?" he asked.
