Ruto says that Laboso has no political experience and muscles to send him packing.

In an interview with the Standard, the Bomet Governor asked Laboso to prepare to go for early political retirement on August 8.

“Laboso is a ‘toddler’ when it comes to political matters and should prepare to exit politics,” he said as quoted by the Daily Nation.

Governor Ruto stated that he is not afraid of Laboso who he claimed is clinging on the support of Deputy President William Ruto.

The Bomet Governor said that he doesn’t need to campaign to win re-election stating that his development agenda will see him beat Laboso on August 8.

Ruto advised Laboso to quit the gubernatorial race if she wants to remain in the political field.

The Bomet Governor at the same time urged locals not to be swayed by Jubilee’s cheap promises.

He claimed that Jubilee can no longer be trusted with power adding that the ruling administration has sidelined and neglected Kenyans.

Ruto, who has declared support for NASA is facing stiff competition from Laboso who is contesting on Jubilee Party ticket.

Laboso has vowed to send Ruto home accusing him of allegedly discriminating against locals in job allocation and development.

The National Assembly Deputy Speaker says that she is the best candidate to spearhead real development in Bomet.
