Kenya Premier League’s (KPL) Zoo Kericho FC is determined to perform exemplary during the 2018 KPL season.

According to the Zoo FC’s head coach Sammy Okoth, the club has its players intact from the previous season without having lost anyone to the transfer window this season.

Zoo FC is banking on striker Dominic Kiprono and mid-fielder Gilbert Ayieko who had for the better part of 2017 struggled with surgeries but are now back to the squad said the club’s coach Sammy Okoth.

“2017 was a challenging season for us having two of our key players undergo surgeries but this time we are more than prepared to perform unprecedentedly. If we don’t bag home the trophy this season, expect to see us among the top three teams by the end of the 2018 season,” Okoth said.

Speaking Friday in Nairobi, Okoh revealed that his team will not be active during this transfer window but they will be signing former Chemilil goalkeeper Daniel Kiptoo alone to enable the club to actualize their 2018 dreams of clinching the number one position.

Despite being a young team into the premier league the outfit has miraculously turned the tables for al time giants like AFC Leopards for its astounding performance. In the just concluded Sportpesa Premier League challenge the Kericho-based outfit produced the best player, Michael Madoya, who scoop four awards of the tournament.
