Tanzania's popular musician Harmonize has promised to continue performing in Kenyan.
The Wasafi Records star has however made it clear that this will only happen if he gets cooperation from promoters and event organizers.
“I will only perform in Kenya if the promoters are ready to work and are ready to bring me on board. Kenya is one of the countries where I enjoy a large fan base. I, therefore, can’t say that I will stop performing in the country. However, I say it depends on how the promoters will approach our agreement,” Harmonize who is in Kenya told BBC Swahili, Thursday.
“Away from that, I’ll headline a show in Mombasa pencilled in for December. I want to continue working with the Kenyan people,” he added.
His sentiments comes barely a fortnight after he failed to perform at a Chaget Festival on November 3 at the Eldoret Sports Club.
The artist had later revealed that he did not perform because the promoters failed to fulfil the agreement they had with him regarding his pay.
