Somali militia group, Al-Shabab, has claimed responsibility for Nairobi attack.

The terror group spokesman in an interview told Al Jazeera English that they were behind the attack in Nairobi.

"We are currently conducting an operation in Nairobi," the group told Al Jazeera.

At least three people have been confirmed dead.
