Eldoret billionaire businessman turned politician Zedekiah Bundotich Kiprop has thrown a jab at Jubilee Party as 2022 succession politics.
According to Buzeki, his 2022 line up will not constitute leaders that have been alleged to be corrupt and anyone one on a Jubilee Party ticket.
''I do NOT know who will be president in 2022. BUT what I know is that I WILL not SUPPORT a CORRUPT FACE or JUBILEE PARTY to LEAD this NATION. This DECISION is FULLY within MY CONTROL and I Will HOLD myself ACCOUNTABLE. 2022 is CCM& others,'' tweeted Buzeki.
Buzeki who unsuccessfully vied for Uasin Gishu county gubernatorial seat has been a fierce critic of Jubilee since parting ways with DP Ruto's camp and joining Isaac Ruto's Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM).
"I decided to join CCM because I don't want a dictatorship party which does not believe in democracy, where the ideas of a few individuals carry the day. How can I belong to a party where I don't have any say," said Buzeki in Eldoret town at a past interview.
Buzeki noted that the party was 'hijacked' by a few individuals thus cannot lead beyond 2022.
Buzeki's sentiments come amid Jubilee party fall out as two factions (TangaTanga allied to DP Ruto and Kieleweke allied to President Uhuru) fights over the control of the party.
DP Ruto has since declared his ambitions to vie on Jubilee Party ticket, and Buzeki's declaration is a blow to him.
