Netizens have expressed their reactions after fast-rising Kenyan gospel musician Peter Blessing released his second song dubbed 'Mpaji'.
The new song has been received positively among the fans earning more than 2,000 views within one hour of its premiere on YouTube. His first song titled 'Nasubiri' performed well for an upcoming artiste as it earned approximately 195,000 views within one month.
Moreover, the reactions on YouTube were overwhelmingly positive as within the first one hour of its premiere it had no dislike.
A section of the netizens claimed they loved the song due to the message in it. The new song is a praise song to God that preaches on how God provides to human beings.
He also talks about the love of God to mankind. The song seems to be a dedication after he rose from being a watchman to actualizing his dream just when he had lost hope.
The netizens also pointed out Peter Blessing's inspiring story as one of the major attraction to the song. The musician who hails from Taita Taveta shot into the limelight when Bahati shared his story to the world. Apparently, Peter Blessing had dropped out of school to travel to Nairobi to meet Bahati whom he believed would actualize his dream.
He, however, did not manage to meet the EMB record label boss and ended up working as a watchman. Fortunately for him, Bahati heard his story and decided to support him.
He signed him under EMB Entertainment and helped record his first song. The fans also appreciated Bahati for supporting and guiding Peter Blessing. Interestingly enough, Peter Blessing was liked with Tanzanian star singer Rayvanny due to his vocal prowess.
