Uasin Gishu County Woman Representative Gladys Boss Shollei recently settled on 'enough is enough' with her 26-year marriage with Sam Shollei.
The court allowed the couple to part ways citing differences between the two that could not be resolved in any other way apart from a legal divorce.
"It is my considered view its highly unlikely that they will get back together and perform spousal duties as envisaged by the law and vows they took when they got married. It is only fair that their relationship be terminated and parties allowed to move on with their lives. I allow the petition and order the marriage be dissolved forthwith,” the magistrate ruled.
More so, the law maker's husband, Sam Shollei, is no longer a lonely man even after the divorce.
It was reported that Sam Shollei re-married on 10th January 2020 in a Traditional wedding called 'Koito'.
He married a former colleague at Standard Media Group, who was actually his junior staff.
Sources say the wedding was an only-invited affair.
Videos from the wedding were also shared on different social media platforms.
Sam Shollei's new wife is a beautiful young woman by the name Faith Ronoh Matep.
