Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Baraza has asked Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya to remind Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Amolo Odinga to return his signature cap within three days.
Speaking during a public function in Bungoma on Saturday, Baraza said failure to return the cap, he will have no choice but to fund the repaint of all ODM offices in Bungoma red and blue.
The lawmaker who lost his cap on the voting day of the Kibra mini-poll said that he is not impressed with the ODM Leader.
The cap went missing after an altercation with Dagoretti North Member of Parliament Simba Arati.
He also said that he fell out with the opposition leader after he engineered the firing of Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula as Senate Minority leader following the mock swearing-in ceremony.
"I wanted to send Governor Wycliffe Oparanya to Raila Odinga and tell him to give me my signature cap within three days failure to which I will have all ODM party offices in Bungoma painted blue and red (Nilikuwa namtuma gavana Oparanya aende aambie Raila Odinga anirudishie kofia yangu kwa siku tatu kama watakosa kurudisha kofia yangu kwa siku tatu hakuna office yoyote ya Odm hapa Bungoma yote tunapaka rangi ya nyekundu na rangi ya blue)," said Barasa in a video shared on Facebook.
