On Monday, comedian cum radio presenter Jalang'o alias Jalas was forced to use his coat to cover Akothee's legs after they appeared too exposed.

According to Akothee, Jalas paid her a courtesy visit in her office to make his contribution towards Akothee Foundation and after the singer received Sh30,000 from the Milele FM presenter, she rose up to give him an appreciation hug.

Unfortunately, Jalas rejected the hug and instead concentrated on covering the singer's exposed legs due to her short skirt she was wearing.

"See what he did again! Jalango jalango jalango @jalangoo 🙆‍♂️😭🙆‍♂️😭 someone Tell @jalangoo my legs are longer than the skirt," read Akothee's post in part.

Last week, the singer was temporarily denied access to Parliament buildings over her dress code. She took it to Facebook to share with her fans how she was forced to use a 'leso' to cover up her legs before making her way into the Parliament.

"It's my legs that are longer than the skirt, trust me it's not me 🙆‍♀️. I thought I was officially dressed until I was lessod 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🤣🤣 , well that was fun," read her Facebook post in part.

Her revelation elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans with some making jokes around her dress code.
