Kapsaret MP Oscar Kipchumba Sudi has given his understanding of Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal. Speaking during a press briefing on Wednesday evening at Eldoret, Sudi said the plan was to stop the project but not all about graft war.
According to vocal MP, the construction of both dams in question begun back in 2014 but got no problem in previous years till recently. He, therefore, said it pains much to the Rift Valley region voters who lined up in unison to vote Jubilee in.
Sudi, reinstate the head of state should sort out his issues with DP William Ruto if any they got misunderstanding.
"Plans of Arror and Kimwarer was no plans to say funds were lost. The plan was to stop the project. I think it has now happened as they wanted." Oscar Sudi said
Furthermore, Sudi stated that the residents of the region voted jubilee hundred per cent in faith have been failed. He compared President Uhuru Kenyatta's friendship with DP Ruto to that of husband and wife.
"I want to beg Uhuru Kenyatta if there any place we have gone wrong, please pity our people because Kimwarer and Arror project carries a lot of people and could open up a large area," he added
This comes barely a day after Finance Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and his PS were arrested. The two have been replaced by President Uhuru Kenyatta to ensure the smooth running of the Ministry.
