Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wa and his Kimilili counterpart Didmus Barasa accused their National Assembly colleagues Babu Owino (Embakasi East) and Suna East's Junet Mohamed of making inciteful sentiments during ODM campaigns in Kibra on Sunday.

"If Babu Owino and Junet have not been arrested, then we are just wasting tax payers money. Police should move with speed to arrest the ODM criminals," said Barasa as quoted by People Daily, Wednesday.

Ichung'wa claimed the ODM leaders were planning to disrupt the November 7 mini-poll, and sabotage Jubilee candidate McDonald Mariga's bid.

"We know the evil schemes that ODM politicians have in Kibra. They do not only want to stop Mariga from campaigning, but also planning for chaos during the election date," he said.

Junet was captured on camera issuing threats to Ruto and his aide Farouk Kibet over claims they were buying ID cards and bribing voters ahead of next month's elections.

"I have heard that Farouk Kibet is dishing handouts here. If you come across him, just burn him. That's an election offence," Junet said.

"Ruto is busy bribing voters at Karen home. That's a taxpayers house. Next time we see him, we shall storm the residence and burn it," the ODM Director of Elections added.
